Welcome to my GitHub portfolio, where you will find an overview of the bioinformatic analyses and visualizations I develop for internal and collaborative research projects.

I am a researcher in the Inserm UMR Right (U1098) lab and a Medical Oncologist in the University hospital of Besançon. I specialize in breast, lung, and colorectal cancers. My expertise includes bioinformatics analysis of bulk RNA-seq and single-cell RNA-seq data. My doctoral research focused on the analysis of endogenous retroviruses in metastatic colorectal cancer. Additionally, I have expertise in cancer immunology and am developing skills in artificial intelligence.
