Contexte et objectifs
Dans le cadre de mon Master 2 en Relation Hôte-Greffon (orientation cancérologie solide), j’ai travaillé sur des modèles murins de cancers colorectaux et pancréatiques pour explorer l’impact des fibroblastes associés aux cancers (CAF) dans le microenvironnement tumoral.
Ce projet m’a permis de développer des compétences pratiques en :
- Manipulations murines,
- Cytométrie en flux,
- Immunohistochimie (IHC) et microscopie confocale,
- Cultures cellulaires,
- Analyse transcriptomique (Bulk RNA-seq).

Context and Objectives
During my Master 2 in Host-Graft Relations (solid oncology focus), I worked on murine models of colorectal and pancreatic cancers to investigate the role of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF) in the tumor microenvironment.
This project allowed me to develop hands-on expertise in:
- Murine handling,
- Flow cytometry,
- Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and confocal microscopy,
- Cell culture,
- Transcriptomic analysis (Bulk RNA-seq).
